Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or through your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the shipping label; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
